I will accompany you through a treatment combining lymphatic drainage (Renata França), therapeutic massage, reflexology and intuitive aromatherapy, chosen according to your condition of the day.
Everything is adjusted to your pace, your energy, your needs at the moment.

Before each treatment, we take our time. First, a moment of welcome, to set your intention. Then, together, we choose the essential oils that will accompany your journey.

Then you just let yourself be carried away.
Every gesture, every pressure, every pause is a response to what your body is telling you.
Sometimes I incorporate hot stones, cupping, targeted work on the abdomen, face or scalp. Nothing is fixed. Everything is alive.
